As a loyal client you can call or email anytime for unlimited advice and direction. We will guide you through projects you want to tackle on your own, advise you on the best tools to use, or inform you of the latest and greatest products on the market. No Minimum Hours Required
Just need an hour of our time? No problem! The 3-hour minimum is not a requirement for our long-standing clients.
No Cancellation Fees
We understand that schedules can change, the kids get sick, and that your time doesn’t always remain your own. Cancellations aren’t always avoidable and we do our best to be as flexible as possible. Our policy requires 48 hours notice for cancellations of scheduled appointments, which allows us the opportunity to successfully reschedule our team. If you are a loyal client of Squared Away we will waive that 48-hour notice and you can cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee.
