FOUNDER / PRESIDENT

Julie Hibbs started Squared Away in 1999 with the goal of helping her clients reduce their stress, increase their productivity and better manage their time and energy by offering proven, dependable and stylish organization solutions. Since that time she has helped thousands of clients get organized.

Julie is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and served on the board of the Houston chapter for four years, serving as president for two of those years. Also a member of NAPO’s Golden Circle – which celebrates longevity in the industry – Julie became one of the first in the country to earn the designation Certified Professional Organizer. The CPO® designation recognizes her credentials, experience and unique qualifications in the organizing field.


THE TEAM

Squared Away has a team of trained and experienced residential organizers available to help you with any of your organizational challenges.

Each member is skilled at assessing each project, developing a plan that best fits your needs and goals, and the ability to implement solutions and systems efficiently and professionally.

Our in-house and on-site training programs provide each member with the information and experience needed to organize your home according to Squared Away’s principles and guidelines.   Our objective is for each client to have a Squared Away experience with every project and every team member involved.

With our team we have the unique opportunity to schedule your projects without delay, and the ability to staff each job with the number of organizers best suited for the scope, size and space of the project.



OUR STYLE

Our style is one of keeping things effortless and beautiful.

The systems we put in place are simple to understand and easy to maintain. We want you to be able to find things when you want them, find putting things away a breeze, and to create spaces in your home that function without thought. The easier we make it for you – the longer your house will maintain it’s organizational foundation.

We use products that have clean lines, simple structure and little color. Our objective is to use items that are functional, yet visually appealing with the ultimate goal of creating spaces that are calm and peaceful.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the ability to deliver the details efficiently and expeditiously. We will not consider the job complete until every box is labeled, every goal on your list checked and a report from you stating that you are completely satisfied!
